Q: What is the price of your products?
A: The price of each product always depends on size,material,design etc.,we can not answer you in a few words. So please kindly send an email to info@cnzorb.com, we will send you our price list and purchase recommendation within 24 business hours.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: 1 unit.

Q: Can you print my logo on the products?
A: Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the products, and you should offer the clear picture of your logo in PDF format or any other format made by Photoshop or CorelDraw.

Q: What are included in one set of product?
A: One product, one blower or pump (extra charge), carrying package (free) and repair kit (free). The water walking ball will be equipped with a inflating hose for blower (free).

Q: What is the producing time?
A: The lead time for one set of products is one week normally, and if with logo printing or special design it will be a little longer. Sometimes we have some products in stock, so they can be delivered as soon as we get your payment if you need them hurry.

Q: How about the shipping? How long does it take? Can I arrange the shipping by my own freight forwarder?
A: We can send you the products by sea or air. Normally it takes about 35 days by sea and about 7 days by air. You also can arrange the shipping by your own freight forwarder.

Q: How can I make payment?
A: We accept payment by T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, Moneygram or Paypal.

Q: What kind of warranty can you offer?
A: Our products are CE approved. We have two years warranty,during period of warranty we offer repair kit for free.

Q: Have you ever exported to Europe or North America? Do your products have any certification?
A: Our products including blowers have been exported many countries like UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Ireland, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan and so on, they are suitable for these markets. We have CE and EN71 certificate for our products.

Q: How can I can order? What is the order procedure?
A: You can order from us through email or phone call. The order procedure is as following:
First step: We discuss about the products, price, shipping, payment way and so on.
Second step: When everything we discussed is ok, i will make a proforma invoice to specify all the details we discussed about.
Third step: You make payment.
Fourth step:We produce the products and send it to you as we discussed.
Fifth step: You confirm the arrival of the goods and give us feedback.
